Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NexSMS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NexSMS Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

Service Description

NexSMS provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Our services include:

  • Temporary phone numbers for one-time SMS verification
  • Long-term number rental for continuous verification needs
  • API access for automated verification processes

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

  • Use our services for any illegal activities
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use automated systems to abuse our services

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using our services for financial fraud or money laundering
  • Creating fake accounts for spam or harassment
  • Bypassing platform security or verification requirements
  • Any activity that violates third-party terms of service
  • Distributing malware or engaging in cyber attacks

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered
  • We accept cryptocurrency, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT
  • Account balance does not expire but is non-transferable
  • Refunds may be considered for unused services at our discretion

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Delays in SMS delivery due to carrier issues
  • Number unavailability for specific services or regions
  • Third-party platform changes affecting verification

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexSMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
