1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NexSMS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NexSMS Pte. Ltd. (a Singapore-registered company).

2. Service Description

  • Temporary phone numbers for one-time SMS verification
  • Long-term number rental for ongoing verification needs
  • API access for automated verification workflows

3. Acceptable Use Policy

  • No use for illegal activities of any kind
  • No fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • No violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • No interference with or disruption of the service
  • No bypassing of security or verification measures
  • No unauthorized resale or redistribution
  • No abuse of the service through automated systems

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Financial fraud or money laundering
  • Creating fake accounts for spam or harassment
  • Bypassing platform security or verification requirements
  • Activities that violate third-party terms of service
  • Distribution of malware or cyber attacks

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered
  • Accepted payment methods: Crypto, Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT
  • Account balances do not expire but are non-transferable
  • Unused services may be refunded at our discretion

6. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not responsible for outages during maintenance
  • We are not responsible for SMS delays caused by carriers
  • We are not responsible for number unavailability
  • We are not responsible for impacts from third-party platform changes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexSMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, particularly if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Such termination shall take immediate effect.
